How many different animals can you make?

Cut two rectangles of felt 9cm by 5cm, and round off the top with a pair of scissors.

Thread a size 18 tapestry needle with 60cm of acrylic yarn. Using a blanket stitch, sew the two rectangles together, leaving the bottom edge open.

Cut out some features from contrasting Peel & Stick felt. Or use standard felt and PVA glue.
Why not try hands, feet, ears, muzzles, tails, beaks, wings and spikes?

Glue on some wiggly eyes using PVA glue.

Finish off your creation by adding in detail with a black Spectrum Fine marker. Leave to dry overnight.
Tip!
If blanket stitch is too difficult, run a bead of glue around the edge of the felt leaving the bottom edge open.
