These values directly influence our four key CSR pillars: our environment, our workplace, our community, and our charitable support. By integrating respect and care, we ensure our environmental efforts are sustainable and conscientious. Our commitment to pride and happiness fosters a positive workplace. Boldness and innovation drive impactful community projects and meaningful charitable initiatives. These efforts are recognised by our silver ESG rating and our award nomination for Best Workplace, reflecting our dedication to high standards in environmental, social, and governance practices.

Our Charitable Support

Each year we plan to support local charities, this year we are supporting LOROS Hospice through these initiatives:

• Sponsorship of LOROS STOMP Round Leicester 
• Sponsorship of LOROS Big Day Out event
• Donations to our just giving page will be donated to LOROS

Our Continued commitment to improving our CSR for 2025 are:

✅Review own brand product range and reduce the use of single-use plastic
✅Resubmission to achieve ‘Gold’ accreditation within 12 months
✅Reduction of carbon footprint through more efficient planning of logistics.
