- How do I sign up for the Education Rewards Club? You don't need to do anything; we will automatically enrol you onto the tier you have qualified for based on your spending total during the previous year.
- What if I don't agree with the tier I have been placed on? If you believe you should be on a different tier, please give us a call or drop us an email to discuss this further.
- Who can join the Education Rewards Club? The Education Rewards Club is open to all educational establishments. Private individuals with no association to Education are not eligible at this time.
- How will I get the discount I have qualified for? The discount amount will automatically be added when placing your order online. You will be able to see this at the basket and checkout stages. Emailed orders are not eligible at this time.
- How do I claim Free Next Day Delivery if I am a Platinum member? When placing your order online, you will be presented with the delivery option as standard. There is no minimum order value for this as a Platinum member.
- How will you notify me about Creative Workshops, Product Training and CPD courses? All members will be notified via email once we have more details. Places will be limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- How do I claim my free product goody box? Call or email us requesting our Education Rewards Club free product goody box, and we'll handle the rest. Goody boxes are limited to one per establishment each year.
- How will I know if I've qualified for a different tier next year? We will notify you in September to let you know which tier you are on track to qualify for next year.
- Is there a cost to join? There is no cost to join our Education Rewards Club.
